At Mini Falls Farm we are passionate about growing specialty cut flowers using all organic practices. Over the years we have turned an acre of sand into a plot of healthy, living soil and are blessed to have access to an ancient acequia system we use to irrigate the land. We feel lucky to be part of a long line of stewards and are looking for like minded folks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a hard-working, trustworthy, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and passionate about flower farming.
